Active Directory Attribute Permissons

Drawn in by the fun topic title no doubt, I'm looking for a bit of guidance.

 

I have a mixed Win/Mac environment and having problems with home folder redirection on the Mac machines. Pretty sure they problem lies on the Windows (Server 2008 R2) AD side. A few users work, and as far as I can tell because they have the

SMBHome

attribute. The rest don't work and don't have that. I see no obvious connection between them.

 

Getting a little help from Apple and they want me to check/do this OS X, OS X Server: Active Directory attributes required to be accessible to OS X computer account objects

 

I don't know how though. Hopefully than wasn't too light on details. Any pointers?
