Eh, they're already making threats and they know where I work.

 

A bit of easily-reportable internet hate is nothing in comparison to them phoning the school and making stuff up.

Doesn't that just reflect very poorly on them though? You didn't do anything wrong in describing your experience, it was their choice to come here and rant.

I have just seen this thread so sorry for the very late reply. I would like to make it clear that Levett Consultancy does not employ a sales team and do not make cold calls. The only time calls are made is if a customer requests a call or one of our partners has asked us to call a customer with the customer consent. We have this rule as I know how annoying cold calls we get them nearly everyday so totally I understand the responses here. I am concerned that a forum member has had a bad experience if you can PM me I will look into what went on and resolve asap.

 

With regards to Home Access Plus+ yes we do work with Nick Brown as part of the HAP+ project and I have a team member working on an Android version for HAP. I am hoping this will be ready later in the year.
