Is anyone else having trouble buying apps on the Apple Volume License Store?

 

I can sign in with the Facilitator account and search for an app but when I clicked on it, it just loads a blank page. I've tried in Safari, Chrome and Firefox and it does the same.

Turns out, it's something to do with our school filtering system. The page loads fine from home.

 

It's not blocked completely as it doesn't show a 'request to unblock' page, it just shows a blank page. I've added the URL to the whitelist but it's still blocking something. Annoying!
