LanRanger failing, and preventing login

The last few nights LanRanger has failed overnight. When staff arrive in the morning they are unable to login which causes mass panic. Rebooting the server resolves the problem, but I'm not sure why it's failing, and why it prevents login when it does.

 

I have posted on the Ranger forums but I'm not sure if they are still monitored since Ranger moved to RM.

 

 

I've had this error message the last 2 nights, and approx 5 times in the last few months, but it seems to becoming more frequent.
