Free URL and Content filter for Windows

Hello all,

 

I am setting up a new machine to act as a web cache, I have installed Squid and everything seems fine. But i now need a URL and content filter to work alongside Squid. I know about Dansguardian and Squidguard but my Linux knowledge is below novice and I know squidguard only does URL filtering. I have seen one called Handyfilter (Free Web Content Filtering Software - Handy Filter), has anybody used this?

 

Are there any others that anyone can recommend, I know I am probably asking alot?
