localzuk Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 Hot would be 'brewed as close to boiling as possible', as it enhances the flavour. Obviously, you can't drink it like that though. It also brings into question why you'd have that specification on a device which can make any flavour appear at any temperature...

Oaktech Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 I've always taken "Tea, Earl Grey, Hot" to be as opposed to "Tea, Earl Grey Iced" which is something the weird Americans seem keen on.
