register for 4od

We have teacher who wishes to register for 4od

 

When they go to the register page. page loads up fine except form is not displayed what site do i need to whitelist\proxy bypass.

 

I have whitelisted cloudfront.net

channel4.com

 

this is definitely a proxy issue as when i go direct the registration form appears.

If you dont have access to the proxy you can run fiddler which will be able to tell if something is being blocked by your proxy.

I have access to proxy but nothing is showing as blocked might need to speak to provider

only other thing I would suggest, is viewing the source on the webpages and seeing what other references/links are in there to other domains, it fixed a few issues with us regarding stylesheets not displaying, because our new filtering was initially knocking off the wanadoo.co.uk domain based style sheets that orange.co.uk use with their website when we saw that issue on our site, you may need to unblock another couple of domains to allow it to display it properly. I'm seeing calls to https://4id.channel4.com. so you might well need to allow a *.channel4.com and also references in the page to 'channel4.janraincapture.com' give that a go...
