How do you create multiple worlds on a Minecraft server?

I've got a small Minecraft server up and running in the house on the media laptop, but have a big problem with one of my kids getting enthusiastic with TNT and blowing up my other child's creations!

Ideally I'd like the server to have separate worlds for them both and one for co-op. Is there any way to do this on the default Mojang Minecraft server or is using the Bukkit with the Multiverse plugin the only real way of doing this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've only got 2 days left until Xmas to get this up and running!

You cannot do this on a default vanilla server. It has to be Bukkit with Multiverse. My public server runs multi verse and its flawless!

 

Could you not just turn off TNT?
