Our PE department wants the pro version of slopro, for some stupid reason the person who made this has decided to make it a free app, with the pro version as an inapp purchase. So naturally it shows up as a free app on the volume purchasing program and appstore.

 

How do i get copies of the pro version on to these when i can't bulk buy keys for them?

The response I got from Apple support was something along the lines of- "You can't. You need to contact the app developer to ask them to make a paid app instead of using in-app purchasing"
