Locking Down PDAs

OK,

 

so i am new to the whole PDA thing, i use my XDA Orbit II to organise my life, my accademic diary to organise my AV.

 

But er now are using the SIMS Mobile Registration Package for the PE staff but PE being PE once the boys get new toys they like to tinker. And they mess it up in 5 mins then it is out fault or the PDAs.

 

I was wondering does anyone know how to restrict them, As in they can run this and they cannot edit these settings blah blah blah.

 

They are Dell Axim x51s running Windows Mobile 5.
