Exchange 2003 - 1 user emails returning

Hi guys,

 

I have a user who will delete / file away / archive all her emails, then randomly will reappear. Have recently had all emails from September return into her inbox which is a little annoying.

 

Email is not using IMAP or POP. She does have her ipad / iphone connected.

 

As far as i'm aware this is only happening for one user.

 

Any ideas?

remove eas device and test. then new profile.
