Can't get Windows 8.1 pro uk english version download?

I'm going to the Microsoft volume licensing and the only download for 8.1 pro is the 8.1 pro. When I go to install this version I only get the US English options...

 

On the previous Windows 8.0 I downloaded a version called 8.0 English Full which was the international version (which had the English UK)...

 

Am I missing something?

Try just downloading Windows 8 and upgrading it to 8.1. Then create an image of that computer distribute it over the school?

sure, it just seems loads of work. I'm installing on a tablet with EFI, it's just more steps...Making a bootable 8.1 usb efi has taken the first half of the day...

You just change the language when setup starts.

When I go to change the language I only have 1 choice (during setup) US English. I've installed and changed to UK English but the xbox app complains that it's configured for a different region. There may be other annoying issues, like the time date format, these may bite me in the future.
