[ms office - 2011 (mac)] Outlook- 'HTTP error: The server cannot fulfill the request'

Hi de hi

 

Our marketing lady here is trying to send an email with a photo attached (7.3mb) but when she tries sending it it comes back with the error as said in the title. Our maximum for attachments is about 20mb so she shouldn't be having any trouble at all, any ideas?

 

I'm sure it's something in Outlook that I can't figure out because she logged into the Office 365 web app and sent it without any questions.

Have you checked all the transport rules etc? (Assuming you're running exchange too?)

 

Might be set lower on a rule etc, rather than her personal send limit thus being blocked.
