Promoting a student part way through the year

Any SIMS Maestroes out there who may be able to help me with this?:

 

Supposing there is a student who is enrolled into the year below their age. They are in SIMS etc, in the relevant year group and classes.

 

Now a month or so down the line, they are deemed fit to go into their 'normal' year group. How would one go about effecting this in SIMS?

 

Anyone any thoughts?

You can do this using the registeration section of the Student Details screen. Is he just taught in the year beneath or does he also register out of year? You may have to change both values.

 

Also you will have to change his timetable using Academic Management in the Curriculum Assignment by Student screen.
