I can't get that link to work either - timeout error.

That part of APC's FTP server requires a username and password to access. If you go via their software download page here it generates a temporary one for you and passes it as part of the downoad URL: Software / Firmware

I've been doing that, its the actual ftp bit after thats failing.

 

Weird, your link worked first time for me... well after a few 500 errors and refreshes.

Hi Guys..For anyone having this issue:

 

I had this exact same problem today. I could not get it to work at all using Chrome and IE11 and would have the same ftp error as you had, however, Firefox works fine and downloads the file.
