Cleo Filtering Strangeness

Hi all,

 

has anyone else in cleoland had any problems with the filtering in the last day or two. Our students can now access facebook even though in the filtering page facebook is in the blocked list, and also the social category is in red for it being blocked.

Is it filtered by the NED? pac.cleo.net.uk (or any county pac) auto fails over to the county proxy if the NED isn't available. This of course means it by passes internal filtering for everyone.
