I normally use lime survey butthe boss wants to move to survey monkey as they say its better.

 

Can I ask anyone who has the gold or platinum accounts how customisation-able are the themes?

Is it just a case of banging in a logo and changind a few colours or can you do some smart stuff?

I don't have one myself, but this might help:
