bluehobbit Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Hi, One of our Mac users (osx10.8.5) wants to be able to customise his own dock and I cant seem to find away to do this. I have set the default icons I want to appear on the dock via work group manager and that's fine but he would like to be able to add and remove his own at will. This is fine with me as this is his machine and only he is going to use it. Is there away I can do this via the Mac server? I can allow his local account to modify the dock by opening parental controls and ticking the relevant option but this doesn't seem to be available on the mac server for his network account I don't know if I am looking in the right place. Thanks for any advice
Marci Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 In workgroup manager, set the dock policy to be enforced once rather than always (I think).
