AIM High Access Violations

Hi All

 

First of all, please accept my apologies if I am posting in the wrong thread.

 

When trying to run AIM High on certain workstations we receive the following error message:

 

EAccess Violation

Access Violation at address 77182D24 in module ntdll.dll Write of address 46C7187E

 

We are currently running CC4 and Win7 32bit clients. This error happens on a workstation basis and not login - so no difference if logged in as systemadmin or a normal user.

 

I wondered if anyone else has encountered this issue, and more importantly what they have done to fix this?

If its Aim High for filling in reports I used this at my last school and found the support from the company that make aim high, 4c to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Have you tried that route?
