CAM Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Does anyone get this error code? I'm about to contact our support unit but wondering if anyone on here has encountered it. Basically, it comes up for a particular student when trying to save a Behaviour point for them by pressing Detention then OK on the save dialog. But Behaviour points aren't saving full stop for them on the Behaviour Management screen, the save attempt dies silently. :/ We are on Summer 2013 so it can't be the same issue as Capita's KB entry?

It's the error message that can be searched for on SupportNet. Both solutions says it's a patch or a upgrade to Summer 2. Are you on Summer or Summer 2? This is issue cannot be resolved by a patch. It requires an Application Build Fix (SIMS Release). The fix is now included in the SIMS Summer 2013 V2 release (v7.153) Edited November 20, 2013 by Rawns 1

I just checked and I am on 7.152 instead of 7.153. Thought I was on the latest. When was that released?

SIMS Summer 2 was released around the end of September I think? It was mainly to introduce the new SIMS Personnel Staff Performance stuff so you may not have upgraded unless you were planning on using it. However there is your fix, either upgrade to Summer 2 (7.153) or go to Capita for a patch. 1
