Netapp storage issues

Hi All,

 

Has anyone got experience with NetApp I am trying to diagnose a citrix issue in the environment people are complaining of slowness and everything looks fine the only thing I can really point out is the CPU utilization on the NetApp is running at 100% can anyone tell me if this is normal and if not any troubleshooting I can do to find out the cause?
