Obvious questions like are your boot images deployed to the distribution point?

Do you have options 66 and 67 set in dhcp, are they still pointing at your 2007 server?

Have you enabled unknown computer support on the dustribution point under the pxe tab?

Shouldn't be using DHCP options, it is not supported. Use IP helpers, this is the official supported method.

Using ip helper, boot images deployed to dp and task sequence. Done a bit more digging and I am thinking it may be because I am using Adk 8.1 and the boot images in 2012 which pe4 and I need to be using pe5 boot image. Sound right?

It may be supported on sp1 with cu3. R2 needs a hotfix for pxe to work on the primary site server.

Its not supported no. One reason we need to upgrade to R2.
