Specific memory sticks not working on Win 7 x64

Recently purchased a load of HP machines running Win 7 Pro x64, and I'm having problems getting some memory sticks working on them. A batch of Integral 16GB memory sticks were ordered for staff members to have one each, and these are the memory sticks that are having problems. Any other memory stick I've tried comes up straight away in My Computer, even older Integral sticks!

So I go to a computer, log in as any user (even administrator) plug the memory stick in and nothing comes up. The light on the memory stick flashes constantly. If I check Disk Management, the usb is showing on there, but the partition section for it is blank. After a short period, the memory sick shows up in My Computer as "Removable Disk" but when I click on it, if there's files on the memory stick, it doesn't open. If the memory stick is empty, it opens when you click on it in My Computer, but when you try and create a new folder or anything on it, it comes up with an error saying "Could not find this item. This is no longer located in Computer. Verify this item's location and try again". I have tried formatting the memory stick using both FAT32 and NTFS which makes no difference.

Any help would be great!
