Sorting emails Office 365

Hi,

 

So, using outlook (full version) and I am currently viewing an email from someone and I then think I want to re fence back to an earlier email I click sort by sender and it then sorts my emails by sender and I view those emails.

 

So.... I do the same thing in the office 365 web app and it sorts them but resets the whole view so I end up having to then scroll down to the person I am looking for...

 

Is this supported in the web app (hope I'm explaining this right)

In the webapp I very rarely sort emails, if it's from somebody and I want to view their emails I just use From:(Persons name or domain) and get the list that way, don't know if that helps?

Yeah thanks that's what I normally do, I was asking really for the principal who is very use to outlook

Why don't you configure Outlook for them with their Office 365 account?
