Schiools enterprise ecommerce

Hi, we have an enterprise group with in the school that grows/makes products and sells them at organised events. The group wish to sell there products online. Has anyone setup something like this for there school and can you advice on anything legelish that needs to be taken into consideration. If anyone has a website similiar nature to what we wish to achieve can you please post the link so we can take a look for some inspiration.
