MikeGilbert Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 9/32. A few years ago, it would have been 35/32, but a realisation that life's too short and a change from the bullying blame culture I was in has worked wonders. And I don't need the SSRIs any more, which is nice.
Novalee Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 12/32 - cool as a cucumber...not sure if my family would agree!
bossman Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 6/32... You are generally coping well with the day-to-day pressure you are under. I know I'm too laid back though :-P Iv'e heard your always laid down on the job................horizontal Henry is your nickname! ;-)
Chris_Cook Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 22/32. Which given the crappy week I'm having seems like a very low number.
TechSupp Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 19 for me, didn't even see it on the site and must have clicked it by mistake when looking at the news, now I thought that was fate so did the test...not so sure I should have done bu probably only goes to confirm what I thought and maybe why I've just had the last of a series of check at hospital done! Either that or it's like the quack said when he saw I was recently turning 50, "well...you're at that age!"
elsiegee40 Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 11/32 I expected higher, but I guess I am extremely busy rather than very stressed... it would have been much higher not so long ago
tech_guy Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 16 for me. I'm a lot better stress-wise than I was a year ago.
GrumbleDook Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 5 for me ... And I am feeling a bit more stressed than usual at the moment too!
dean41 Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 18/32 for me. A few vodkas at the weekend should get this right down!
mrbios Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 Eeek! Have an eduhobnob. I think a big part of it stems from my 3 year olds upcoming operation (Cystic kidney removal on 16th December!) I'm sure i'd still be near 20 without that though, works doing no favors lately....i actually love my job, but some of the people i work with are another matter.
RabbieBurns Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 You scored 4 out of 32 I'm not sure I would have that score had I not swapped the rain of Scotland for my beach apartment here my BP was at 120/80 last time i measured it here, down from something really unhealthy when I first arrived here (although I think not eating deep fried mars bars with chips possibly plays a part in that too)
