technicholas Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 (edited) Hello, We upgraded to the latest software and we have been having issues with the dual pen when we turn on the dual pen feature then no pens are recognized. Is anyone around here in a Mac environment we are on 10.7.5 with the latest version of Java, I have read that the update 45 causes issues is there any fixes for this yet? Thanks! GaRobbie Posted November 6, 2013 Posted November 6, 2013 I haven’t heard anything regarding OSX 10.7 not working with the duel pen / ActivArena enabled. Was this working before you upgraded? I would recommend checking your driver is up to date as it’s possible the update you ran was for the Inspire software only. (The current driver version is V5.9) If nessesary the driver can be downloaded from www.PrometheanPlanet.com . After that, if still having issues, it would be helpful to know the board Firmware if possible (which you can get in the ActivManager’s Control Panel to the right of the board when connected) as that will tell me what board your using.
