Migrate to Office 365

Has anybody good a good guide on the steps to take to migrate from Exchange 2007 to office 365? Im just getting the domain verified at the moment and will be testing further once this has been done before migration mailboxes etc and making the full switchover. I will be syncing with our AD but but not using single sign on

 

Hopefully this will saving me a heap of time and avoid potential problems if someone has a guide.

Although on a large scale migration it might be a touch expensive.
