[ipad] Configurator machine....downloading tons of apps

Why is it that my Apple configurator machine insists on downloading an app however many times you import a license for?

 

I've got 46 licenses for keynote for example and it's downloading keynote 46 times.....is there any way of stopping this? Very frustrating.

I don't know if there's a proper fix for it yet. I just open the download window in iTunes and cancel any downloads I don't need.
