Anopportunity has arisen for an ICT Mobile Technician to cover the South EastEngland Region with Oasis, one of the largest Academy sponsors in the UK. Thisnewly created role will ensure the smooth running of ICT systems over severalsites to facilitate teaching, learning, administration and Leadership.

 

Thesuccessful candidate will need to have a keen approach to customer service andhave the ability to identify incidents and set key priorities. You will beliaising with the national Service Desk team, the Regional Service DeliveryManager and external providers/manufactures to facilitate in the resolution ofservice requests.

 

Thisrole demands strong knowledge of Windows 7 and Basic Windows Server 2008administration, and experience of Microsoft Deployment Services, internetfiltering and safeguarding technologies is advantageous. The successfulcandidate will need to hold a valid driving license, have means of transport, andbe willing to travel around the Kent, Essex and London areas.
