Folders not appearing via webfolder shortcut

I use easylink here and have a shortcut on its homepage that points to a completely seperate shared area which has worked fine for some time now up until recent. This area contains some folders and a text document.

 

When opened from Easylink, the folder only shows the text document but not the folders! I had this issue when i originally set this area up but a reset of IIS fixed this. The folders are present when viewing in the IIS console so i know it's picking them up as it should.

 

Any ideas as to why it shows a document fine but not the folders?
