Spare control board

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement control board for an Activboard PRM-AB2-01 - this is the small board on the back which has the usb and power connections?

 

We have a faulty one - we tested with a working one from another board so we know it is definitely faulty!

 

The board is marked with 'Euro 3.67' if that helps!

Unfortunately, I don't believe these are sold directly by Promethean, however, you may be able to speak to your local Promethean reseller who you may be able to purchase them from.

 

If you do not have or know of your reseller, our Support team (available via PrometheanKB) will be able to advise you of someone 'local' to you who will hopefully be able to help.
