Depends if they get the first strike in I guess. The Titans from Eve Online have doomsday weapons which could wipe out the Borg/Geth team up before they even got close.

I'm not sure the explorer class EA vessel was longer than B5 itself, and I remember the Brakiri Cruisers being about the same size as the Minbari ones. In terms of who would win it's likely to be the Warhammer universe ships. They were just ridiculous and have weapons that would make most other ships guns look like pea shooters! That said if the B5 Universe got together nobody else would stand a chance! Moya & Talyn from Farscape are below Red Dwarf And LEXX. Awesome picture btw!
