Network "My documents" sychronisation to C: drive

How do I set-up user profiles so that when the user logs off it copies/updates all their my documents from the file server to their local profile on their C: drive?

 

Are there any disadvantages?

 

Do many of you do it?

You can use 'Offline files' to do this.
