Anyone else having issues accessing LancsNGFL?

Afternoon all

 

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues connecting to Server Error - The Lancashire Grid for Learning and the email-admin services on the https too?

 

OWA seems to be working ok and the schools portal, I just seem to have issues with the 2 above.

 

I've raised a ticket, but we all know how long it takes OCL to respond! lol.

Popped up earlier when I was trying to load the Hutton Grammar page. Seems to be working now but the Hutton techs seem to think county have been having trouble all weekend.

I just had one of schools on the phone with the same issue, so it seems to be county wide.

Seems to be a bit hit and miss here. I've managed to get the new e-mails set up now I think, but only just. Almost like if you time it right .. lol ..

Just had a response myself:

 

Hi Andy

 

There have been intermittent problems with the LancsNGFL website today and these are currently being investigated. It is thought that the problems are due to the load on the web server hosting the site. I have logged a call for you (reference SD********) which is associated with the lead incident record for the issue (IM********).

 

At the time of writing I do not have an indication of when the problem is likely to be fixed. You should receive an email once the lead incident is closed.
