Using Group policy to remove Library Location.

You can't via GPO, but you may be able to by modifying the registry. Please be warned however that modifying/removing libraries in Win 7 can be problematic.

 

If you've mapped or specified a user home directory (H:\ for example), this will become the default and not locally on C:\
