I get the following error when any HelpDesk admin logs off. Any ideas? Thanks!

I believe the cause and solution are the same as this one (ignore the part about display names).

Thanks @Arkaine, but that didn't help. The OU containing the admin users is definitely seen by HAP.

Is it a child of an OU in the HAP config? It needs to be in the config.
