[ms office - 2010] Borders - on the doc but not on the preview or print?

Probably been answered before but I cant find it my question being on of our Instructors wants to put borders on a Word document - they go on fine but come print preview or actual print and the bottom bit is chopped off. Tried all sorts, various changes to sizes etc but to no avail?

Have you tried fiddling with the page margins?
