Not sure this is the right forum as it isn't training as such but just recieved this information on these free events that are part of Leeds Business Week and thought it might be of interest to others. My only link is I think I might be attending!

‘Leeds Business Week’ 23rd – 27th September. The events are free to attend and are aimed at educating businesses around Info Security but looking at topics which many organisations may not know much about. The details are below and it would be great if you could come along. But if you’re not available, maybe one of your team would like to attend?

Digital security for Lawyers, Insurers, Financiers and Health Professionals

This event looks at the BS 10008 standard and how scanning of paper material can still be authenticated so it is admissible in legal cases. This has huge implications for recovery of stored documentation. You NEED to know about this standard.
