[sims] Recover Deleted Students

I need to recover a deleted student and SupportNet tells me to click New in pupil details and re-admit him there. I do this but it tells me the student in question has an application pending and I should go to Pre-Admission Focus. If I click new here it recovers his picture but no details and wants me to add him to an intake group!

 

How is it I get his details back short of a DB rollback?

SIMS will only let you delete someone if they've never had any attendance marks etc. So more likely they've put and end date, just change the type to all from current and go in and remove it.

It was done through Delete Student because I was the one who accidentally deleted him due to a misunderstanding.

 

I've been able to re-admit him but it hasn't retained any attendance marks or behaviour points. His attendance for this term is in there but SIMS has wiped out past course memberships and year groups taking out the attendance marks too!

Delete is not the same as making a pupil leave and then re admitting. Delete is obliterate!

 

Please raise a case - I'm not sure that the data can be recovered.
