Unifi Web proxy

Hi,

 

I'm just in the process of setting up guest wifi access through our unifi ap's.

 

Does anyone know if there is anywhere that I can specify a certain http proxy to use?

Unifi does not perform any client routing or configuration its purely a wireless solution.

Your clients will receive a gateway address from the IP configuration (DHCP etc) this gateway should be doing any transparent proxy roles or via DHCP directing your clients to pull a PAC file from somewhere.

This is the most common method of configuring clients web browsers in guest networks unless your hardware controllers support it.

 

Unifi Guest Control purely provides captive portal and client isolation. Its not a function of the access point to route traffic and configure your clients.
