Skatex Posted September 13, 2013 Posted September 13, 2013 I have a customer who has a computer that has all its wireless settings disabled in the group policy somewhere. If you click enable on the wireless network adapter it will say enabling but nothing will happen. Can anyone point me to the right place(s) to look in the group policy to re-enable wireless settings. The group policy is a daunting place with no search functionality so combing through each option is a tedious time consuming function.
FatBoyFonz Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 If you're using the Group Policy Management snapin, find your group policy object and then check it's 'settings' in the right hand pane, click show all to see all settings defined by the gpo and you can use Ctrl+F to search for text (sorry but can't think where it would be exactly in the gpo). 1
