PC Reboot on Logon

We've got an RM one PC thats a touch screen. For a while its been rebooting on logon, the first time someone logs on that day. Once its rebooted it works fine then for rest of day.

 

What do we recon? I've done a hard disk scan but it showed no errors. I'm thinking RAM or corrupt windows file.

Does it reboot or just cut off, we had one doing this and it was a faulty PSU.

Thanks. It doesn't reboot as such, it cuts off and then boots itself back up
