Quicky related to "Fixed" slider on helpdesk tickets

Hope your summer was good!

Just a quicky:

When i close a ticket (setting the fixed slider to "on"), the slider stays in the "on" position when i open the next ticket (despite that ticket not being fixed).

Same here, but also for me it's not closing the ticket it just updates.
