[sims] Wow i just fell off my chair

We had an error today with sims click on any students attendance link and it crashes with The usual fault code with the click here for solution button.

 

Omg the first time ever i have a solution in front of me. I nearly fell off the chair.

 

 

Is this a sign of things changing or have i used my up all my good luck for the year.

You were lucky. There are actually some solutions out there, but where's the fun in that?!

 

I spent over 30 minutes making two old staff active again today after endless loops of "sims_username is invalid or you don't have permission". Then it just worked. :s

 

Your next target is to get a user to click on the search for solution button and email you the KB ref for the fix - that would be ace.

Unfortunately it's unlikely that a fault code will be found in the database as we fix things if they occur. The fault code does help is pinpoint where the problem is however.
