Exchange 2013 Offline Address book Issue

Hi,

 

Running test-outlookwebservices is giving me failure with my Offline Address Book. The log is showing the below. Any ideas please? I am googling but cant see much.

OAB validator returns just fine, no issues.

 

When i go to https://mail.school.com/OAB/dd56b09a-cdb2-48fa-84b7-347deb0b94a8/oab.xml i get 404 as well.

Do you actually have an issue with OAB when downloading/updating or just with the cmdlet above?
