issue with Impero 4 Guardian Service crashing

Hi

 

We have upgraded to Impero V4 a few days ago.

 

I have found that Impero clients, it will disconnect in a short while and greyed out with an offline status (although I still can map to the client and ping it)

 

On the Impero server in the event viewer I indicates that the Impero Guardian service has terminated unexpectedly since the upgrade.

 

 

Anyone else of having this issue?

We have seen this happen once [We have only just deployed Impero and we haven't added all of the stations to the console yet: They are still being rebuilt]

We had a problem with machines dropping off Impero, turned out the Impero service has issues restarting after the machine has gone into sleep or standby, Impero support advised we disable sleep by GP, haven't had an issue with it since!

Sorry guys missed this first time around. Let me know if still got issue with guardian service? What version are you running?

We are considering setting up sleep on our stations - is this a genuine problem still does anyone know? We have the latest version.
