OMGGGGGGG!!! Switch User wont go away :(

Hey guys

 

Ok well this is really annoying, on the windows 7 logon screen who ever logged in last their user name will remain there when they log off asking for a password and so the new user must click switch user button and other user and then they can enter their own credentials.

 

I don't want this I want it so that when someone logs out it goes straight back to a clear screen asking for a user name and password. I followed a tutorial online which told me to go to Local Computer Policy -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Logon on Group Policy Editor and enable Hide entry points for Fast User Switching. This is on the Default Domain Policy which applies to every user and computer. I updated using gpupdate /force and restarted the computer and it hasn't changed
