Upgrade from 9.1 to 9.4

Just carried out upgrade, couple of things:

 

Logging in, we get "internal server error" yet appears to continue working as normal.

However going to the config page (mostly went there to check if I could resolve the above) we get a cross by "Services Activated" which I assume is stopping me from going to any other tabs. What services is it referring to?

Sorted - replaced the web.config with the one from 9.1
