which one to use: mailscanner or spamassasin ?

hi we have a exchange server 2010; I would like to try mailscanner or spamassasin as a spam filter.

Which one shall I use ?

Has any of these got an end users quarantine management where they can release their own emails that has been caought up as spam.

I have used mailcleaner before.

 

But if I am honest for spam protection it is always worth paying for something unless you have a lot of time to sit and configure it.

I would go with SpamAssasin, dont think it has anything for the end users though.
